Canon Sl1: The Quality Of The Picture Is Really Go
Canon SL1: The quality of the picture is really good; however, not the full frame. But it's a cheap DSLR and the lightest one made, so when we're travelling it's easy to keep up with us. I bought one for my mom, and so much so that I bought one for myself!
For 3 Years Now, I Have Been Using My Canon 5ds R
For 3 years now, I have been using my Canon 5DS R and have had nothing but a wonderful experience with it. The quality of the images I get is outstanding and the scale of the images helps me to achieve big prints similar to the expensive medium-format cameras out there, Canon makes great cameras, and with sensitive customer support supports their goods.

Non Existent Customer Services
Purchased the SX610HS camera. On first use, after only a 10 day holiday two of the symbols have worn off the navigation button!
The camera would randomly write photos when it felt like it, meaning I lost hundreds of irreplaceable photos! Totally gutted.
Emailed Canon, got the standard useless reply, so emailed them again, nothing! So i phoned Canon to complain, was told I would get a call back, nothing! A week later, called again, same response and still no phone call!
It seems they just do not care about customers. All I want is this piece of junk to be exchanged to one that is of a decent quality and works!
You only find out how good a company is when you have to contact them, Canon have spectacularly failed BIG TIME!
Canon Damages Your Items Then Rips You Off!
I bought a canon 1100D. The focus screen got completely dirty on both sides while focusing the lens. Canon replaced the screen. After a bit of time the same thing happened again and the new Canon EF L IS USM 70-300mm lens got a speck of dirt inside it. Canon replaced the screen again and cleaned the lens. When I got the camera back this time the new screen was already dirty before I opened it. I sent the camera back and again Canon replaced the screen and bent the hot shoe. So Canon replaced that.
When I got the camera back again the screen got dirty again. canon asked for both lenses I used which are new Canon lenses and the camera to check what was happening. Both lenses were working perfectly when I sent all 3 items to Canon. Now the Canon EF L IS USM 70-300mm lens is damaged and Canon expect me to pay £200 for repairs or send it back to China to be able to use the 5 year warranty.
Canon in the England broke my Canon EF L IS USM 70-300mm lens.

Bought A Great Printer But Getting Replacement Ink
Bought a great printer but getting replacement ink is a real nightmare. Canon said that its not theie fault if shops don't stock the ink - but Canon's own site as a 10 day wait!
