Ordered a set of ipod speakers on 11th december.

Item was never delivered.

I emailed and called to find out and staff told me to wait half hour for an email.

Half hour later all I got was an email saying whats my delivery address.

I called again and asked for any post tracking numbers but item was recorded delivery and only shows when delivered.

They made me feel like it was my job to find out where the parcel was.

My local post office weren't picking up phone and had a sign up saying that as its busy they would only search for items that had a delivery card.

I emailed the office and asked them to send a new item guaranteed for chistmas.

This they only answered on christmas eve saying item out of stock we will re dliver when back in stock.

I was whole heartedly disappointed in the service as it was obvious the item had gone missing as it had taken 2 weeks not to be delivered.

The telephone staff just make u wait for emails that don't offer any advice at all.

Item has now been refunded and my sister had no present for christmas day.

My advice is dont buy through this company.

Company offered genuine Nokia replacement stylus (2 per pack) which I ordered on line. I received an email saying that the item had been despatched but I never received it. I looked again on line to see that it was still available but when I rang to complain, I was told that the item was now "out of stock" (was it EVER in stock I wondered) and they did not know when it would be next in but they would send me a non-genuine replacement and give me over half refund. Strangely, this replacement turned up with a day of despatch but there was only one. I emailed to point out that one non-genuine stylus at £10.95 was excessive, asked where the promised refund was and eventually received an email that had clearly gone round the houses saying that refund had been processed but they were not responsible for how quickly my card issuer processed it! I could have bought a pack of three replacement stylus on Amazon for £3.95 but was not convinced they were genuine which is why I went to BMC in the first place. To sum up; I felt the company has not been truthful with me and only acted when I complained about non-receipt and were tardy in processing refund and expensive the the item sent. The one star was for the customer service rep I initially spoke with who was pleasant. I would not recommend nor use again.

Ordered an otterbox case for my samsung s3, paid £7 for next day delivery, got to day 2 and still not arrived, emailed them and they said it had simply been "mis placed" bye courier but they couldnt send another because they are out of stock, dont even think it was ever instock when ordered, No tracking number.. and to top it off it says on website "in stock" the same day they told me it wasnt, also got an email saying my item had been shiped... complete lie! Be careful with pricey next day delivery and dodgy stock levels

I spent a long time trawling the internet to find a cover that would fit my New Kindle at a reasonable price. Most of them are either not yet available or exceedingly expensive. Therefore I was very pleased to see this cover, with a clasp, in a nice bright purple. Now, not only would I be able to see where I had put my Kindle, but it would be safe from the hurly burly of life in my handbag. Ordering was easy, delivery was as specified, and the quality far exceeded what I had expected.

I found the link to BMC Digitsl on Amazon uk. The price was much lower than elsewhere and with free delivery, this was a bargain!

Arrived the next day.

Very pleased with the Kindle cover and would use BMC again.

I had a little problem with my order delivery, it hasn't arrived on time. I sent an email to customer support which was surprisingly answered very quickly, I was offered replacement without any questions which arrived following day. I am sure that my original order was lost in post and it is not their fault. Thank you very much for your outstanding service.

The service and delivery is good, it came on time.

The battery does not last any longer than the one that came with the phone. It's good when one is looking for a backup battery.

I needed a cover for my new Samsung, BMC had the most competitive prices by far. The product is exactly what I was looking for, exactly how the website described it and I can't fault deliver or costs.

Needed back up batteries for my power hungry dell streak,BMC delivered.
