Being impatient I like the fact Battery Force send all orders out the same day so long as its before a certain time ( 4:30 I think )

So many companies on the Internet can take days or even weeks to send things - while not always the cheapest Battery Force are quick and reliable.

The key fob battery suddenly died. I did a web search, came up with Battery Force, found their website easy to navigate and homed in on what I needed ... but, just to sure, I called. Spoke with a very pleasant and well-informed young lady, who confirmed my choice as correct ... and ordered.

This was shortly before 4p.m.

The batteries, (I ordered a spare), arrived the following morning.

I placed an order online for one battery (Varta 3/V150H) for my Central Heating system programmer. I used Battery Force primarily because their prices were the cheapest for the item I wanted.

I checked by telephone first to confirm the item was in stock.

The telephone was answered immediately and my query dealt with efficiently and courteously.

Bought a 4-pack of rechargeable Energizer AA batteries. Checked Argos round the corner and they wanted £15 for them. Checked online using google shopping search and found battery-force. £6.37 for exactly the same product. They have various delivery options but I selected the "Pack and send using cost/speed compromise" option, which was the cheapest as I was in no real rush. That was yesterday at around 1pm, batteries arrived today! Delivery only cost £1.17! So I got the same product, excellent delivery, and a mini chocolate egg for my custom, along with a permanent 5% discount code on the invoice. Excellent prices, excellent service and excellent customer service. Very highly recommended.

For each order you usually receive a special discount code that gives an extra 10% off the next order! for a battery that's fairly cheap in the first place this only makes it better, and free sweet in every order to boot. Contacted by phone and same great service. have no problems recommending them.

I have used this site several times and found them to be consistently cheap, reliable and helpful when I have needed to speak to them. They send batteries by Royal Mail so although I'm never at home to receive them I only need to pop down to the post office rather than some courier depot 15 miles away which is so often the case. When I once bought a charger from them and couldn't work out how to use it, I emailed them and within an hour they had responded with a personable email explaining in detail how to do it. They keep their website up to date and I have never had any problems using it.
