placed order...3 days later after i called they said no stock.

and said they send a email saying so....which they didn't

then 2 hours later i get a email saying my or was declined...you mean selling stock you don't have

i won't be using this joke of a company again.

as they have really let me down

I was admittedly a little wary of purchasing from ABC as their prices were really, amazingly low. However the item purchased (Sony Alpha A230 Digital SLR with 18-55 f3.5 - 5.6 lens) was exactly as required, boxed as from manufacturer and 100% perfect, including battery & charger, shoulder strap, USB lead.

I was a little disappointed with the customer service -- they say for security reasons they will only send items to the same address as the credit card is registered to, but they looked at my delivery address and immediately assumed I hadn't read this disclaimer properly, without checking the credit card details -- it was sorted out very quickly but delayed delivery by one day, meaning that instead of receiving on Friday in time for the weekend, I got the camera on Monday instead. However I know that this was a minor human-error oversight and had this not happened, I would have received the item the next day. Considering I ordered at around 15:30 this is exemplary.

Delivery was free as well as the item being cheap -- very pleased.

Packaged well (and discreetly which I preferred - just a plain brown box).

Products I have ordered came on time, good packaging although a bit messy (ABC Digital Cameras are using loose film, which looks like chips and keep goods safe, but it was more of them, then actual products - I couldn't find my UV filter LOL).You pay what You get.

I had been searching for a specific pair of binoculars as a Christmas present for my Mum and was having great difficulty in finding anywhere that had them in stock. After one abortive attempt to order a pair from a different retailer (that ended up with them cancelling the order due to no stock, despite telling me that they had them in stock when I ordered!), I came across ABC via Google. Phoned them up and got straight through to a very helpful member of staff who confirmed that they had them in stock and could have them with me in a couple of days. Placed my order there and then over the phone. Sure enough, the binoculars arrived exactly when I'd been told they would! What's more, ABCs price was £20 less than the place I'd previously ordered from! Excellent!
