Found this company online and the price was very competitive for the Wacom 24hd touch, apart from the cost they were very professional and helpful. delivery was bang on time so would highly recommend them. I have now bought an additional item which they don't hold but they found it for me from one of their suppliers and are currently sorting delivery. Key things for me when dealing with a company are

I was greatly surprised and pleased at the level of service I received.

I am both reluctant and cynical when it comes to online purchases. Recently I've been wanting to invest in an expensive Wacom Cintiq 13hd. On the Wacom website they are priced well over £100 over the limit I had to spend ( it cost £750 on the Wacom website) whereas 1st Cameras provided a much more reasonable price of £637 which I could afford.

I emailed the website before I made my purchase about delivery policies, as I am not too "fluent" in them. 1st Camera's replied the very next day with helpful advice which increased my confidence. I emailed with a few more enquiries such as return policies with 1st Camera's immediately getting back to me. So helpful!

So I did decide to purchase the Cintiq, with it arriving exactly as the website stating it would, if so just a little bit earlier! Less than 48HR

Very much restored my confidence in purchasing tech online, what a wonderful service!

I just got my Wacom in the last hour and I felt greatly oblidged to write a review since I've never been given such great customer service before.

i have been using 1st cameras online printing for several years

and have alway been more than happy with the results.

the prints are posted out promtly, well packaged and often arrive

within a couple of days.

on the few times i have contacted the lab the staff are always helpful

and polite. top quality, good service at a good price.

I was looking for a camera bag to fit my laptop for a long time so I ordered a Lowepro Compuday 150 bag this weekend. The bag arrived quick and smooth within a couple days. Packaging was good and the bag was well protected. 1st Cameras will definitely be one of first places I'll check out for my next purchase. And most importantly the price was better than any other place I checked. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for great deals.

Ordered an acme camera case, searched online they were around £15-£20, 1st camera were selling the same item for £8.98 that was including royal mail 1st class post.

Ordered on the 22/10/2012 at 13.20 arrived 23/10/2012 at 11.30am.

i have found the company to be fast reliable and the item i purchased was fantastic and had no damage marks.

all in all a perfect transaction and i will be using them again.

There was nothing about this company i disliked, the sale went through easy.

I purchased a Lastolite Hilite from 1st Cameras via the net. Had never heard of them before, but spotted a few positive reviews on here so gave them a whirl as the price was better than anything I'd seen elsewhere.

Ordered on Monday night at 9pm, arrived on Wednesday afternoon.

Really great service, thoroughly recommend them and will be using 1st Camera again.

I had an excellent experience with 1st Camera's - They assisted me with finding what I needed (I have no experience) and also gave me a discount on printing and things like that for the future. They werent trying to push other items onto me which is refreshing.

Excellent service; one small niggle corrected immediately and without quibble; I'd be happy to deal with them again and would recommend them to others.

Cheapest I could find, I called to check stock as the information is not on their site. Spoke to a very cheerful and helpful young lady who advised me and confirmed they had it in stock, Had a good long talk about a few things and lots of good advice about what I should be doing to make my photos better!

I paid over the telephone and before 11am the following morning it arrived. Can't find anything to grumble about! good old fashioned service in a modern website!

The cameras are just what I wanted I used the first one on holiday this year and the pictures, ease of usage and what i needed where great, the other was for my daughter and I am sure she is pleased. her birthday pictures are great.
