Ordered books on 12/10 and finally sent in a claim to Paypal on 12/27.
There is no communicating with this company once your order is placed. They will not acknowledge your order or send you a shipping notice. Good luck if you use them.

Overall I was really happy with my purchase. My book showed up on my doorstep 3 days after I ordered it so I was really pleasantly surprised. It was in near perfect condition and packaged well, so no complaints there. I will be a repeat customer in the future and will recommend my friends shop there too.
