This site offer free delivery to the UK and have a wide choice. I ordered 2 Mont Blanc area guide books, and they arrived well packed in a corrugated box. Delivery was about 5 days, but that's what they said on the website, so I can't fault them for it. My books were sent 1st class.

As A Bit Of A Rock Jock I Was Pleased To Stumble U
As a bit of a rock jock I was pleased to stumble upon a specialist online retailer of rock climbing guides, books and DVDs. They also do bouldering and scrambling and other stuff. I drooled over guides to rock in the Americas, Alps and South America, and ended up buying a guide to a crag a few miles down the road in the UK. Delivery was 5 days (they said about 7), the site was easy to use, and the items came well packed. Can't comment on "customer service" as I didn't need to contact them. Its just books and guides. No annoying ads!
