If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I sold a book to them in December and received an email in January stating that the book was "under review". I sent them an email stating that I want my book back, and they said I would have to pay them shipping to receive my book.
Now, 4 months later, they are saying that they never received my book, my email confirmations were in error and there is nothing they can do.
I recommend reading the reviews before conducting business with this company. I am not the first person to complain that they badly treat their customers.
If you want to buy or sell a book, go somewhere else.

This company will be off the market once everyone determines how useless it is.
My personal experience is based off ordering a book for one day shipping and receiving it a week later with no refund.
I'll never recommend this company to anyone for this sole reason.
I don't believe the customer is "always right" yet I was treated with disdain for attempting to do business with them.

This Is The Worst Company Ever. I Sold A Book, Ord
This is the worst company ever. I sold a book, order was confirmed, book was shipped and received by buyer. You guys cancel the order after book was received and told me that it was my problem to get money from the seller. Pitiful. Now someone has my book and I have no money. I have receipts and tracking number and still won't help me. Told me to contact the buyer, but they deleted his information when they cancelled the order. Said order wasn't confirmed, which is a lie because I was able to print a shipping label to the buyer and it had a message that said to enter tracking number to receive payment. Went to enter tracking number and saw the order had been cancelled after the book was received by the buyer. How can there be nothing they can do when a site is supposed to protect their sellers. Pitiful

Terrible Cusstomer Service!!
Do not buy from this company!! They have the worst customer service ever! I contacted them immediately after I hit the place order button to make a change to my orde but they completely ignored me. When I finally fdid get ahold of somebody (12 hours later) they said it was too late...my order had been shipped, but they couldn't give me a tracking #. They were RUDE! Can I rate lower than 1 star?

Bought two books. A day later received an email that they cancelled my order because my address didn't match my card. I called the bank and they said the problem was on their end. Now I'm out $180 and I have no books! It will take 3 to 5 days to get my money back! Class started today. I only have 5 days to get my books. Now I will be scrambling to find the books. Will never use again!

Still waiting for the book I ordered and it's past the date eCampus.com promised. Horrible customer service, no way to escalate complaint or speak with a supervisor. Was told if I wanted to speak with a supervisor, a report needed to be prepared, and that supervisor had until the end of next day to respond. BUY YOUR BOOKS ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

I Would Give 0 Stars If I Could
I rented a textbook that showed up 2 days late. When I opened it up, I found someone else's text as well as their personal information, name, and address. When I called the company I was told that someone else had my personal information as well because my book had also gone to the wrong person. The customer service rep told me that I would have a new book shipped to me overnight, and this was after I made him check the marketplace to ensure that there would be another book immediately available. When the book didn't show up after a week I called again and was told that the book wasn't available so nothing had even been shipped and someone should have been in touch (but I never received an email or a phone call). I requested my money back and after a lot of hemming and hawing I was told I'd have a refund in 3 days. Today was the third day and still no refund. After calling and asking what the problem was I was told that the previous customer service rep was wrong, refunds can take up to 7 days.

Warning To Anyone Renting Books- Do Not Rent From Ecampus
WARNING TO ANYONE RENTING BOOKS- DO NOT RENT FROM ECAMPUS. IF YOU ARE LATE RETURNING THE BOOK YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR A NEW BOOK AND THEN WHEN ITS RETURNED YOU ONLY GET 50% OF THE FULL PRICE OF THE BOOK BRAND NEW. i RENTED A USED TEXT BOOK FOR $28 AND ENDED UP BEING CHARGED $180+ FOR THE BOOK SO NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 35 DAYS JUST TO SEE A 50% REFUND BUT I HAD TO CALL TO GET THEM TO ACTIVATE THE REFUND PROCESS.
THERE WAS NO EMAIL RENTAL REMINDER OR ANYTHING ABOUT THE BOOK UNTIL IT WAS LATE AND I WAS ALREADY CHARGED FOR IT. WORST COMPANY TO RENT BOOKS FROM, CHECK OUT OTHER ONLINE RENTAL COMPANIES ATLEAST IF YOU ARE LATE THERE LATE FEES ARE REASONABLE UNLIKE THIS COMPANY.
I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB AND WRITING REVIEWS ON AS MANY ONLINE SOURCES AS POSSIBLE, AS I KNOW THIS I WILL PROBABLY END BEING DELETED.
The Worst
I had rented book from Ecampus and then returned them with the label provided, I did return them just in time of my rental return date. Well a few days after the return date, $200 is taken out of my account. So I called. They say that one book was not returned. I said yes it was, both were in a box together, even forwarded tracking info. Well they have to manually go search the book that came incorrectly. they were days behind on this. But mine did not get incorrectly mailed. I did what they asked. So now I'm out the $200 until they "find" my book. the refund takes 3 -5 days to process. So they can take out the money in 5 sec but it will take 5 weeks to get it back. NEVER NEVER Buy, rent from this company. They are horrible to work with and do not care about the customer
