I have order a set of three books on 22nd march 2013. arrived on 26 th march as per schedule. with a surprise contains 1+2 books instead of 1+1+1. Customer care does not pickup the phone. If you are lucky he will tell you that customer care manager will take care within tow hours. The two hours never comes.

Final verdict : never go for this site . goto flipkart.They never fails.

Bookadda is pathetic. They customer care, their website and their false deliver dates are just horrible. I'm never going to use their website again.

I ordered a book which was shown to be delivered in 2-3 business days. It took them 9 days and 2 phone calls from my side to deliver it.It is a laps of planning and process on thier part for which I have to suffer as I needed that book for one of my lectures.

Their interface is most funny. It wont tell you exact status of delivery. It will tell you status of your order as 'ordered' and 'Shipped'. So I had no clue what are they doing with it for first 7 days. Is always shown me ordered.

Anyways, Take a buffer of 10-15 days, if you wanna order through them.
