E Bid Auctions is fantastic - Not only is it free basic listing but it the enhanced feature fees are very low - home page feauted it only £1.

All i can say this site is fab. You can't fault it one bit. They also got a fantastic support service. A ticket one that allows you to view your support ticket 24/7.
