Bullseyebidz.com has a good feel auction site with plenty of room for improvement. It has a very nice pricing structure (not too expensive to get rid of your old tat), and a bonus of free sellers credit to new users of the site (this is obviously to get the traffic coming in, but a good idea never-the-less). All in all I like this site, but it just needs to get more traffic heading its way, and start to build up its customer base, and not just be "another" auction site on the web.
