Not very happy coming to bid street
to Mississauga for a product that
was broken and then bringing out
3 of the same product that were
broken also was very unhappy on
how you guys could sell products
that are broken and not tested.
If you guys are having issues with
your company don't try to put other
companies down until you
guys fix your company first
write this email was very low
on your side stop being childish

No Goods And Hidden Charges Of £158( October 2014)
No goods and hidden charges of £158( October 2014).Charges roll on as well.Money refunded by bank but now have to re pay it. Beware you will be sucked into a massive con.There is also a hidden charge of over 3000 euros if they have to recover money from you.Once you hit to agree thats it until you cancell.
It should be made illegal to operate in this way
Further to my review,these sharks are also operating under Deals Uk so beware.
Trying to get some action against them but the actual owner/s i/are hidden( guess legally!) on the internet. Site is listed as untrustworthy and based in USA but probably trading in various guises and countries.
Will keep trying.

Hidden Charges
Thay have a hidden charge thing in the site when you buy. I recieved my goods about a month after I ordered them.These goods cost £7. Then 2 weeks later £158 was charged to my account, apparantly for a bid account. Still can't work it out.
Told the bank they refunded money now bidstreet are contesting this.
The wording IS in the terms but you have to hunt for it and you are tied in on a rolling basis until you cancell.
Probably thosands of people caught out including us. Waiting for a reply from them at present and have told them that we are seking legal help.They should NOT be able to trick people like this.
The same happened to me except I never received the goods I paid for, and £158 was mysteriously taken from my card account by this company. I complained to Aquacard who are still looking into it 2 months later...

I AM UTTERLY DISSAPOINTED AND ANGRY THAT I HAVE TO CHASE MY PURCHASE.....has nothing to do about the "small amount" of money which i paid for it; just would like the item!!!!......Its the lack of sending the item or/and lack of decent communication from the company!!!!

You will not get the goods. We never have since October 2014.You will also probably get hit with the £158 charge as we and everyone else has had deducted from cards.We are waiting to hear from them now and have told them we will seek legal advice.
Cancel NOW before the rolling charges start. Failure to pay can result in a 3000 odd Euro penalty and YES its in the small print

ordered on 26 11 14, advised despatched and waited. No delivery complained then a person replied advising it will be despatched 10 12 14.
after numerous requests for tracking number and courier no further response has been made, they seem to be totally ignoring my e-mails

Bid Street might not be known to people like eBay. But i would like to recommend it to everybody, as I found it very good for me. Also, Their delivery service is very quick!
Please report trhem. We are trying various avenues including reporting them to 'tupperware' in USA as they are advertising their goods and tricking people.
We are sending hundreds of emails, mostly pretty nasty. Will they answer,no but at least it might help clog up the system and its good to vent ones anger
You must be the one in a million who are satisfied.
They are bad people who will rip you off big time with rolling hidden charges and who do not send goods.We are at present considering legal action.
I wish they were as good as you make out, they took my money never sent my order and ignore my emails. I've reported them to trading standards. Are you talking about the same company as others or do you work for them......
