Faulty Goods And Lied To By Them
Bought an ACER Aspire V5 Laptop in July 2014, Delivery was good and on time. By December 2014 the Laptop died without any warnings. Should have known when told to return the item to them for repair that problems would start. After three months of calling and E-Mails finally had it returned. One Month later the Laptop again died. They had the cheek to say return ASAP or there would be no warranty. The Laptop is still with them now. Only problem their site and E-Mails are down and their phone No. is an answering machine. Not sure where I go from here at this time about getting satisfaction from this.
Shockingly Bad Customer Service.
I ordered an item after I was persuaded by them over another company. The first warning sign should have been an inability to pay over the conventional methods, but I was told they were a "England-based company" so I put my reservations aside and ordered a Galaxy Note 3. I emailed immediately asking for a tracking number on dispatch.
After a couple of days of hearing nothing, I emailed to ask where my tracking number was. They told me they'd send when item was despatched. I was cross by this point so told them to cancel and transfer the money back. I was told after a lot of cross words were exchanged that the money would be in my account by Sunday. It's now Tuesday. They have consistently lied to me and I'm still £270 down so I'm now going to Trading Standards and the police to report them. Their "ENGLISH STOCK" in fact is delivered from China and their customer service reps are shockingly bad. They pick and choose lies to spin and then ignore when the going gets tough. But I won't be ignored. I plan on getting every penny back, even if I have to pull it back like pulling hen's teeth!
Do NOT use this company under any circumstances. I'm aiming to have them shut down permanently as they are a disgrace to themselves and their "customers."
The Purchased Mobile Phone Became Faulty After 5 M
The purchased mobile phone became faulty after 5 months. Instead of providing the service center address, they requested to send the item to them. After 3 weeks, I aksed where is my item. Reply was that it will return from service to them "tomorrow". after another week, I asked where my item is. Reply was: we are expecting it soon. after another week of phoning them daily, and after several emails exchange, they provided info that they will send the refund. tomorrow. So, I have purchased replacement handset elsewhere. Another week have passed, and phoning them today I got information that they will need "another opinion" about the phone.
I am tired and I am starting the legal case against them.
Learn. If you want to waste your monies on presumably stolen goods (otherwise, they would send it to official manufacturer service center for repair, wouldn't they?) which you will never see back as well as your money - buy from them.
Electronics Bazzar (same operator/director) are being fast tracked to the federal court in Aus. Pity nothing seems to have been done about them here, yet, but fingers crossed!
Very Late Refund, No Excuse
I tried to buy a phone (Sony Xperia Z1 compact) of TipTop Electronics around the 31st of July 2014. They first told me it would be delivered to me within 5 working days (which I needed, as I was moving out to USA for 3 months, starting the 11th of August).
After transferring the money to them, calling them straight away and asking for the shipment, they assured me it would arrive to me in time. After not receiving it within 5 working days, I called again, they told me it would be late and would not arrive before the 11th of August.
I told them I would want my money back (refund) as quickly as possible and that I was not happy. They said that they understood it and would refund the money.
I have emailed them amost weekly, asking for the refund, with very little answers from them (every other email or so or no answer for 3 weeks), finally after 2,5 months (!!!!) I now have my refund. No excuses were emailed, no explanation, no present/gift as part of their customer relations or anything, nothing...
I do not know if this is normal for them, I only know that I would not recommend anyone to buy from TipTop electronics from my experience.

Don't Buy From Them
I ordered a camera from them and chose to pay them directly from my bank account (big mistake). I waited for the camera to be sent to my address for more than 10 days but nothing has happend,contacted them and they told me we don't have it instock wait for another 5 days, cause we have some coming in. waited another 10 days and contacted them but they told me we don't have any instock can we send you another on but diffrent color and give you GBP10 as compensation, which I agreed,but even that it didn't happen. I have asked them to refund me and they said OK but that takes me more than 2 Monthes to get my mony back.
Please do not use this firm, as they do not live up to their promises, you speak to a different person evey time you phone, they do not respond to emails. THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT ALL

i ordered an expensive item from this website they have just taken my money and it is been already soon 1 month and i am still waiting for it, i sent to them a lot of email without any answer so today i will go to see the police, they are not correct at all, i have never seen that before, please be really aware before order on this website. i do not recommend it and i can conclude that i gave them 489£, it is my mistake to have ordered on it i will be really more careful in the future, i write for you next customer. be careful i and even if the price is attracted do not buy it.
Great Service
I was initially very worried due to paying electronically and not through a credit card. A small error with the pricing combined with a slightly stressed call and also sight of some very unfair reviews made me extremely nervous. All for no reason!!! Everyone at TipTop were very helpful and my Canon C100 arrived within time.
That said if they had a credit card facility this would no doubt increase their sales and reduce risk and fear for the buyer. This is the only reason I would be cautious of recomending.

People need to do their homework fully, before deciding to use and paying by bank transfer is definitely NOT to be recommended!
Avoid At All Costs
Without a doubt, the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They never reply to any emails, they don't return calls after they promise to and they lie constantly.
After waiting for 3 weeks, having been told that the product was on it's way and would be with me shortly, I cancelled my order. The website said that the phones were in stock, but that was wrong. They lied to me on numerous occasions and had I not called them to chase up, I would still be waiting now.
It has taken 2 weeks to get the money back. I was told it would take 48 hours. I have called them 4 times to find out when the money would be transferred and every time I do, they lied and told me it would be back in my account the next day.
These people are compulsive liars. DO NOT use them. Clearly their low prices are such because you get ZERO service. The are incompetent and not worthy of anyones time or money. You and your staff have been awful to have to deal with. I can't believe your company is still in operation when you treat your customers like this.
Still No Sign Of Refund Or Item 5 Months Later..
Placed an order in February .... told it would be dispatched soon.. never was.. when contacted for a refund, emails and calls went unanswered. When we finally got to speak to a person - apparently the MD, we were told a mass of lies about there being problems with worldpay etc.. given a convoluted web of more lies on how to obtain a refund. No surprises, this still hasn't been received 5 months later. No response to any emails or calls.
The only option, like so many others, now is to take it to a small claims court. Hopefully, if enough people do this, they might actually get the message, and either improve customer service, if they are actually a legitimate company (which is questionable), or be shut down and save other people the same problems..
