Really easy to find out what my laptop would be worth on the online system. Effective communication (that request received, then postage label sent etc.) Was clear what to do to send.

Only slight confusion was over payment- would have preferred to have been sent an email when payment was made, rather than the status showing/changing on my account on the website.

Still very happy though, no faffing really.

I was offered the best price compared to numerous other sites and even there was enough chance to offer information about damages etc. so that the price was honoured.

After dropping off the box at my local post office I was sent a confirmation email to say that it was with the courier. Then I had an email to confirm it had been received. And another to advise that I was being paid in full and yet another to say once the transfer had been made.

It couldn't have been simpler and, while I am sure the emails are automatically generated, ot was great to know what was going on so the customer service was outstanding.
