Disgusting customer service, rude and very unhelpful!!!! Never had my payment and they kept telling me my ipad needed a passcode which it never had one! Angry isn't the word right now

This was the first time I have sold online and the explanations and expectations were easy to understand and honest from the outset.

Things proceeded exactly as advised , the selling price was good , all in all very pleased with the service.

I no longer needed my mid 2009 MacBook Pro, and submitted it to cash my gadget. They offered me the best price going to recycle my MacBook, the parcelforce collection was scheduled quickly and delivered back even quicker. Communication was brilliant all the way through with regular updates on the progress of my order. Payment was made the same day it was cleared for payment. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering recycling their gadgets!

I contacted cash4gadgets about a Sony pc i no longer required. It was collected by parcelforce(no charge if item packaged) item then put through their testing process & passed & then paid all in just a few days. Excellant customer service with online updates via their website. I would definately use them again.

I have used CashmyGadget before and they service are spot on for sending out items you want to sell. This time around was no different to the first time. There service is quick and I was paid the next day.

Used Cash My Gadget to sell off an old yet still valuable gadget, rather than through a private sale. Had looked at various similar companies and decided with these guys. The ease of service was remarkable and convienant, communication was good and turn around time was excellent. Price they paid was as per the online quote, which was also better than some of the competitors. Overall I was very happy with the service received. I will certainly use again in the future if needed and also recommend to others.

All went according to plan. I must admit, I was a bit sceptical at first, sending my valuable "gadget" to someone I had never heard of before, although I did check them out on TrustPilot first.

There was good communications from them and I did phone them a couple of times.

Summary: I will definitely use Cash My Gadget again, better than putting it on an auction site.

To keep it simple, everything went as agreed. Staff were responsive to emails and questions from me and generally very helpful.

My order was updated promptly and payment received shortly after inspection. Overall, it was simpler than I thought.
