Terrible terrible company. A lot of people have problems with this company. There is a lot of nannies talking about how bad they are on nannyjob forums .

The 5 star reviews are fake .

The nanny club only want your money , full of promises . I paid a fee for a full membership , initially everything was excellent . I attended the paediatric first aid course and the common core skills . The other courses I applied for which we're meant to be included in my membership were on line bookings , to which I got cancelled twice due to overbooking . Strange as I booked well in advance advance . Obviously they had my money so no problem to bump me off .. Since them I have applied online for several jobs over 6 months . Not once getting any feed back . Only automated messages asking me to upgrade and pay more money . I questioned my job applications with what sea to be the manageress.

Didn't get my crb back. Courses are rubbish. Do not waste your money and sign up, what a joke

Awful, non professional staff, no communication, no job!

waste of money (I spent 99£ for gold plus membership and all I achieved was first aid certificate) It wasn't easy as well. I had trouble because they cancelled the course once, then when I rebooked it and I went on that day they said I'm not on the list. Only because I was stubborn I was allowed to stay for the course. By the way on the website they say if you are gold plus member your CRB check is FREE! No its not! You need to pay for it. Once they receive the money they don't care at all. You can call, leave messages, email them, but they will not respond. Every time I call regarding positions (which they have soooooo many on their websites, by the way all very well paid) nobosy is picking up the phone or very rare IF the pick up they answering shortly 'we are sending your cv, we will let you know if things will change, So many times I tried to book events and other courses but no answer' I never received confirmation email. And of course I dont need to mention that I never had interview with any family. They are not genuine. They dont do what the website says. Don't waste your money, Don't sign up.

The Nanny club gave me price for Value: 5 courses, met parents and apply for work for £99. To be able to take Paediatric First Aid and Common Core Skills included in the course package of the Nanny Club, is BARGAIN!!! The staff is very friendly, I really really recommend Nanny Club.

Calling this agency the worst club ever is an understatement. They are not professional at all, all they want is the money they can get from you. They shouldn’t be allowed to exist at all let alone have anything to do with children. Once I paid them the money required, that was it for them, no more communication no matter how hard you tried. Before I paid them, they called me more 5 times in a day, checking to see if I have paid online as promised. Please, save yourself the headache, don’t go near this!!!!!! Am in the process of taking them to court to claim my money back for money paid and services not received.

I was searching nannyclub online. Few reviews come up. I signed up nannyclub one month ago. I do my Intensive Paediatric First Aid Course for free and also I booked for some other course with them.

They manage the course well, the trainer is gentle man and very handsome.

They booked me in for 2 interviews after 3 weeks. I have got job with one of them. I am starting from tomorrow with nannyclub family.

I did my CRB check with nannyclub as well and it took one month. I am planning to be register with Ofsted.

With £99 ponds I paid, it is great. May be other girls have issues with staff. But I am very happy what I have got from nannyclub staffs.
