Horrible team, horrible organisation, horrible referee, dislevel between teams. Go Mamooth doesn’t take into consideration complaints as they told me there is nothing they can do. Waste of money.

Volleyball / intermediate

Been playing in hammersmith for several years. Go mammoth is becoming more expensive than an actual club for only 40 min game that is not even closer to volleyball (not even umpires know the rules)

Not social either cos they squeezed so many teams that you don't have even time to warm up and have fun! BALLS ARE PATHETIC & DANGEROUS for your fingers! Careful please ..no insurance included on the expensive fee! Impossible to deal with the organisers. So messy...make fool of people right after the payment keep changing schedules or cutting off the number of games! So...look elsewhere! Cheers

Complete waste of money - delayed and cancelled games all the time. Just overcomplicated and expensive.

Go mammoth is good if you are thinking to join them. BUT .after you pay them ...nothing else matter!!! Awful!!!! Shameful!!

keep changing the calendar..moving back after any inconvenience so there is no timeschedule! This is how they do that!

No communication at all

Once they get the money there is no reasonable complaints they can listen to . No decent balls...or prepared ref...anyway...the unprofessional way of moving the games is the real issue! Cancellation at arrival ! Just with an apology! No respect at all for all the people that are instead respecting their schedule . WATER of time and effort !

Shame shame shame .go elsewhere!! Go mammoth is not the only one if you like to play volleyball or something else ..better look around ..you will be disappointed right away !

Joined Go Mammoth for the first time 2 months ago and chose Aldgate East (London) as location. Attended 2 weeks before the disruptions started. The referee is lovely, a fair host and great presence. However the court is too small and the net is loose. But the worst part was to have 2 cancellations - 2 weeks in a row. Firstly we were informed in the morning of the day of the game saying it was a 'last minute' issue beyond their control. Today we returned to play after last week's cancellation just to be told AT ARRIVAL that the session had been cancelled. We received an SMS after we were already at the venue claiming a 'last minute' issue - however we were able to speak to the principal of the academy where the session takes place, where he confirmed Go Mammoth had the exam timetable from the outset. Appalling treatment of players, who work really hard to cross London to arrive in time for games, only to find out - at arrival - the game has been cancelled.

Playing Tues Battersea Park. Signed up for fun, social netball league. Completely turned off by umpire - very unprofessional, aggressive and condescending attitude. Takes her position too seriously.

Currently trying to resolve situation with organisation.

Played at White City. Referee was aggressive and OTT. Very poor attitude. Took his job far too seriously. Ruined the game. Will not play again

Go Mammoth is the place where i spent my spare time because the place has more opportunities and sports options than any other club

I've played netball with Go Mammoth for 18 months and initially pleased with their service, but they've shown no loyalty to our team whatsoever - giving our spot in the league away to another team.  Just because we asked for a couple of days to get payment together even though we've paid on time every season for a year! I've also had to chase up a refund for a cancelled league which I was promised over a month ago. They're all about the money now and unfortunately customer service seems to have gone out the window.
