The process to cancellation is terrible with fine print easily missed. I attempted to cancel in July with an email but had not completed the process on their website so I ended up paying for 5 months with no use. They offered only 3 months of refund which I found unacceptable since my intention was clear when I contacted them.

I went to the site and apparently put too much information in. I received a email that said my account was active now. I don’t want to start a account. Please cancel anything that I signed up for. Thank you for the account info.

Wanted a refund of a subscription amount which got unwilling deducted from my bank account. I got mails that the refund has been initiated but the bank account summary and account balance isn't saying so.

I had a very neagitive experience with this company. Be careful giving them your credit card information. Their service is poor. I DO NOT recommend this company!!
