This Was The First Xbox 360 Forum I Had Joined So
This was the first xbox 360 forum i had joined so i have no experience of others but i have to say it was horrible, the staff are very ignorant and unhelpful, i would find threads i had made on the forum were vanishing with no word atol as to where they had gone or why. The language on their forums is disgusting, it seemed that the staff there were to busy using their power to lock an interesting thread that people were using than do any real work like cleaning up the fowl language. As we know it is mostly kids that play video games these days and it was mostly kids i felt were running this site, the way they spoke to people and allowed other members to speak to people was also very unprofessional. I also noticed when ever someone tried to tell them that something was not working like the search function they were very quickly shut up by locking the thread made then giving a nasty reply to the person as if they were in the wrong to do so.
It is a shame because the site has a good content on games and help but as said the staff and allot of the members seem to get away with talking to people like they are trash.
A very unprofessional run site indeed.
My advice is if you think about using this place certainly do not use the forums or join up, just make use of the guides they have and leave quickly before you are made to feel very unwelcome as i was.
I found this review not helpful because the reviewer's value for the money rating is preposterous. The site is free, and thus mathematically has an infinite "value for the money" excluding any notion of opportunity cost.
