The admin answers every email in great detail within 12 hours. I was an older gal, who is not familiar with some of the "advanced" internet skills, such as uploading a picture. The admin notified me that my picture was not uploaded correctly and asked me to send her the picture. She modified the pic so it'll show up correctly on the site. Great service! Love it!
