MatchMaker, www.matchmaker.com

After booking an appointment with Matchmaker. I arrived 15 minutes early. Although the staff were very helpful to begin with, i was then left on my own to chose the dresses i wanted to try. I was very disappointed with this shop as i was left standing around 40 minutes after my appointment was due to start. I decided that becuase nobody offered me a chair or refreshment or even apologised for the lengthly delay that i would leave. I would not recommend this shop to anyone if you have a small amount of time to get your dress.

Very few local contacts and I live near the biggest city in SW England. Their idea of local matches incluse Alaska and the Phillipines, which is where most of their female clients seem to live!. When I complained they sent a sort of standard response about "local matches" avoiding the question in my opinion. Therefore I do not recommend www.matchmaker.com.
