This is the only site where I have found someone in the same situation(i.e. married) and looking for the same thing-some discreet fun without hurting our partners.The fact contact is free allows a relaxed approach to contact and you can build confidence that you are likely to get on before you meet.Have been on paid sites where you get to the point you want to meet and then get all the excuses possible so that you need to pay more money and so it goes on till you feel ripped off and give up which is exactly what they want.

This is the best site I have found.

I registered free, then a couple of days later subscribed for one month, no matter what time of day or night i log on there is never anyone logged on to chat to, even though i have subscribed i am limited to three messages a day, i have sent emails of complaint via there "contact us" function but my hotmail account then tells me that the messages were unable to be sent, if you search for a partner you get the same 6 girls every time that you log on the site! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!

I've read some of the comments below and disagree.

I think the site is very easy to use. One main navigation bar is all you need unlike other sites that have buttons all over the place.

The people I spoke to on there were very friendly and even met a couple of women for dates. All in all for the only free illicit marital encounters site it gets a big thumbs up from me. Im sure with time due to the fact its is free everyone will be going there. I hope so anyway.

I am male, and registered with this site and found the exact opposite to this reviewer. The site is a mess, chaotic and awkward to navigate. Having managed to navigate and conduct searches for females of all ages, in all parts of the country was very dissappointing there were only a very small number (around 20) of females who had logged onto the site withing the past month. In addition, the number of members with photographs represented less than 5% of the total of all members. Finally, the site is not free. If you wish to view any data, or email etc you have to pay. In all the site is rubbish.

I was really surprised to read a couple of the negative points on this site. I am a woman who started using the site recently after spending a bit of time on the other big dating site for marrieds ( you know who I mean) and having no luck. I kept getting tons of messages with shall we say explicit content without even an intro which drove me nuts, but since being here I find that happens a lot less. It seems a bit more relaxed which is nice and because its free I can just dip in and out as I want to. Everyone knows where they stand and I didnt have a problem with initial emails. Thumbs up from me!!

Thats is so true and I have found in my experience paying doesnt guarantee success. Infact it guarantees alot of stress. I payed on the pricest illicit one and got nothing and just as my £119 expired funny I got an email

I have tried this site its not a fraud its brilliant and spoke to many people on there. The interface is easy to use and to be honest theres nothing wrong with free especially when offering the same as the pay sites. The only thing I would say is becuase they dont have big budgets through charging they cant market as much. But then I suppose theres word of mouth and I'm certainly going to spread the word.

I've been a member of most of the leading sites now, including loveisthebug, AM - the big US one, the 'illicit' one and the 'affair' one. All more or less promise the same thing - i.e. thousands of women seeking affairs. So which one actually produced a result, i.e. a real affair as opposed to endless fictional online chit chat leading nowhere or worse messages from scammers leading you to premium rate phone sex lines? Yes, you guessed it, the priciest 'illicit' one. I guess it probably doesn't work for every guy that pays, but if my experience is anything to go by, it's the only one worth spending any dollar (or pound) on.

I agree with a reviewer who stated about mail alerts from people expressing an interest in my profile before it was even written!!!!

Also searching in 3 Counties only produced 4 members who had been on the site over a month ago.

It's a no hoper from me certainly would not recommending this FRAUD site.

Within 5 minutes of joining I knew this site was a fraud.

Straight away I started receiving automated emails from their support explaining that someone had expressed an interest in my profile and that the only way I could view this lady's profile was to pay. All this BEFORE I had even finished writing my profile!!! Joke. Avoid this site.

Given that these sites tend to attract more men than women, expectations should be limited. You are unlikely to meet lots of women, but if you approach the site as a bit of fun the small fee does provide good entertainment for the money. I have tried other sites and the results on this site are actually BETTER, but that does not mean I have been having sex all the time with beautiful women...In fact to date I have not met one, but i have been emailing a couple of people on a regular basis. I think the site integrity is strong and unlike other sites in this field, there has been no evidence of Scam contacts just contacting me the day before my membership expires .... Approach the site as fun, but dont expect too much.
