99% of all messages, winks and favourites are computer generated and many profiles have already disappeared before you can check them out. I had messages from 117 years olds??? Also if a customer is lucky enough to delete their account, which is almost impossible, they continue to use the deleted account to generate their spam. The only effective way to delete your account is to block the credit card repayment. Cougardate is a major scheme and the government should start regulating these sites.

they will not refund any fund so don't give them your account information. I pressed 3 months prescription instead of 1 and I called a second after and they wouldn't reimburse.

It is a trick, be careful , they did it purposely, the 3 months box is before the 1.

Do not use this site! you start getting messages before even putting a pic up. Best part though, to cancel your account you have to call the USA! !! oh an auto renewal is automatic, you cant turn it off.

I'm a woman and on the plus side, the CougarDate site is actually full of geniune men. I got inundated in minutes and had about 300 messages and winks in one evening.

All great, until I left the site and was unable to log in again.

This has happened repeatedly - I've tried with 5 different email addresses. Each time I try to sign in, I get an error that there's no match for my email address or user ID or that my email addresses: @gmail.com; @hotmail.com; @yahoo.com are "invalid".

Every time I email, I get the same stock response that they need the user ID that can be found on their correspondence. This, even when my original email clearly included the ID. When I re-send it, I get the same stock response.

I have made the point that this is an IT issue, not a customer service issue and have asked for a response from their IT helpdesk. The response was the same standard email asking for my user ID...

So either there are loads of accounts floating around that I have no control over or they are autodeleted by a bug.

It's possibly true that most of the female "members" of the site are fake, but the real ones don't stand a chance if the real women's accounts are all getting deleted.

I'm inclined to believe that the customer service assistants are all fake and they send the same autogenerated emails to everyone.

If women want to try this site, my advice is get numbers/email addresses from all the guys you want to meet in one session, you won't get another chance. If you really are a cougar, set your filters to exclude messages outside your age group, otherwise you get tons from men older than you.

Don't try this site if you have certain standards of decorum, I kept getting messages thanking me for using a picture with my clothes on! Yes, it's that kind of site!

For women, it's "value for money" because it's free. For men, not so much.

I tried this for a laugh whilst been single really as i get along with older woman well been so inteligent and all the profiles are fake and will send you messages to make you become a paying member.In the time ive been on ive not met one actual real person,its a complete joke.Please heed my warning and do not waist your money on this site,i doubt there is 5 real memebers between the whole of the uk.
