I ordered poppers, the web site allowed a different delivery address to my credit card address so I entered a different address to get it sent directly The confirmation came through by email with delivery to my credit card address, ie ignoring the delivery address I had entered. I contacted them 4 times to confirm the delivery address, via email, web form and I actually spoke to someone who said he would change the address, all to no avail! Rubbish customer service. I wouldn't use them again.

Site works ok when its working, have had problems left messages with the supprt team, but as far as I am aware never get a reply. Poor in my opinion really. I am gonna try other sites, dont recommend bent.com...
