Great blog if you're in any way interested in shaping up. Very readable and informative. The guy has great topless pics of himself on there too! I like his overview of topics like: Interesting Facts About Fat. There are videos as well of people actually doing the exercises in his gym, which is good for techniques. And he is really quick at answering comments as was asking him about the post workout drink and he answered in a few hours and very chatty too lol :)
