This is a very good site, it seems that the person who created the blog is a upcoming cook from cyprus. There is a few mistakes that need improving but I strongly believe that he knows what he is talking about.

Leonidas is a english cypriot with a passion for foood and travel around the greek islands and cyprus trying to give his own twist on the region.

It is a new blog but with the support from food admires he will develope his blog. I read some where that he will be traverling to cyprus soon

I am always looking for different recipes to cook from various kitchens. Italian, Asian and Greek. This blog is being run by a greek in london that is explaining really easy some of the most famous greek recipes.

The fact that he is not a professional cook makes it easier to me as he is using more straight forward terminology and makes it easier for me to understand the process.
