We ordered wedding favors for my brother's wedding. And the products came exactly as expected. The delivery is very fast, and customer service is extraordinary.

I ordered my wedding invitations from this site and it has been a disappointment!!!!!

I ordered the samples and they were here before scheduled and afterwards i did the proper order.

First i placed it on july 30th and was supposed to arrive until Sept 4th. That personally did bothered me but i thought i was ok if it was on time. Anyway today, Sept 5th i received a "reconfirmation proof email" so i panicked!!!!!! I contacted them and said that my order was going to be delivered in 10 more days!!!!!!!

Of course i wasn't happy and they just told me the reason was because they just got a confirmation email!!!! Later on.. When i pointed that the confirmation was sent today because that "reconfirmation proof email" was sent today they blamed it on me! Saying they sent that very same email on aug 7th and i didn't answer!!!

I'm sorry but thats a big fat lie... I never erase anything from my email and thats not accurate!!! Ive received plenty of promotional emails from this site and i have every single one of them!!!! I was considering buying some other products from them!!

I don't know but they're not only not trustable but the worst customer service policy is to blame it on the client itself!!!

I just wanted my invitations ON TIME!!!!! And of course i'm never EVER buying from them again and i recommend you not to do it either!!!!

I wish that all the companies I am dealing with, whilst planning our wedding had a lady like the one I dealt with. This lady was fantastic, all my e-mails were answered promptly, she went above and beyond to help me and answered everything in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner. Thank you for such a pleasurable experience.

Was a fantastic find and worked well at our ceremony and for the Best Man knowing the rings were safely in the box. The box is stunning with two silver hearts on the lid. The box can be continued to be used after the wedding too!!!

I had been searching for table number indicators and by chance came across Confetti. I must admit I didn't try them immediately as we are celebrating our Golden Wedding. Wished I had tried them first. I ordered the Golden 30-cms table place card holders late on Wednesday evening and they arrived first thing this morning (friday). They are perfect!!!!

Placed quite a big order with Confetti for my wedding abroad and I was delighted with the products. They arrived on time and exactly as described. When I realised I had ordered too few of an item I spoke with Christine at Customer Services and she was extremely helpful. A pleasure for a stressed bride to deal with such a fantastic company!

With only 4 days left until my wedding I wanted to order 2 personalised gifts that had a lead time of 21 days. I called and spoke to Christine who was extremely helpful and I had the beautiful gifts within 2 days with no stress as she kept me updated constantly. I would definitely use Confetti again and recommend to anyone.

I was most suprised to read the review below as my experience using confetti.co.uk has been completely different. I ordered a Wedding Planner for my friend yesterday (31.7.12) and it had already arrived by lunch time today (1.8.12). When I opened the planner I was a bit dissapointed to find one of the tabs was ripped. As I had brought the planner as a gift I rang the customer services team to see if I could get a new one. After speaking to one of the girls who assured me that if I sent a picture in, just showing the rip, then she would be able to speak to the suppliers and get a new one sent out to me. Within 10 minutes of me sending this across to them I have received a response letting me know a new planner had been ordered and would be with me by tomorrow. I then also received a phone call just to ensure I had received the email. Both the ladies I spoke to were extremely helpful and I would not hesistate to return to the website or to recommend it to others.

The products could be ok but the customer service is so poor that my order never got to me so I wouldn't know! The call centre staff were most unhelpful and seemed really pleased when I cancelled my order as it had been such a hassle to them. Wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

Confetti have provided me with fab ideas and given me plenty of inspiration for my wedding. I've ordered numerous of things from this site, from stationary to gifts, accessories to keepsakes-it's given me everything I had set out to buy and more. They keep you regular up to date with emails and if you register they send you discount codes for the latest deals. The website is easy to understand and simply to follow. Thank you Confetti :-)
