Easy to register and leave feedback

I left a review and it went on it. Now I’ve left two!

A much needed platform to air the voices of the voiceless.

Easy to use with clear instructions. Information is well displayed and reviews are easy to follow.

This is a great platform to give your review and be heard. There are a whole range of topics that can be reviewed. It feels good that someone out there is listening and understand what you have been through, especially if the experience wasn't happy for you. Certainly makes you understand that you are not alone. great going. thank you

This web site is an excellent and useful initiative, for all the world (there is also a language translation online). Maybe not everyone knows this site: maybe need some publicity on the web... Thank You.

My first time using this site. I wasn't even aware it existed having only used Trustpilot which until now appears to be the choice of all but yourselves.

Trying to register was a nightmare & I gave up. Still submitted my review which did go online & you also sent me an email to register my details. Guess this needs looking into.

I didn't find it as easy to navigate as other similar programs but I will revisit & leave reviews in the future to see how things are progressing.

I believe there is room for this review site and with a few tweaks, am sure it will become more well known & popular

The system only tells you of your keying error (banned words) after you hit submit, rather than highlighting them as you key the review.

Then, when it says you need to remove certain words, your review has disappeared, so your only choice is rewrite the ENTIRE review. Mine was very long, so was unable, so submitted a much shorter review - shame. Readers loss.

If only the system showed your review, so you could change necessary changes.

They are the voice of the people and show the opinions honestly.
