I would like to pass on my thanks to the driver of Freight4U who delivered 3 kitchen appliances to my house in Cornwall.

I was given a slot of 1700 – 2000 and thought at the time, if it gets dark, he might have trouble finding it. Unfortunately, it was dark when he arrived, about 10 p.m. and the sat nav had taken him down a terrible road which is almost impassable. He got stuck at the bottom, near a stream. I do not have very good signal so I didn’t realise he was there. Luckily my neighbours were in and helped him but he also had to get a recovery van out to pull him away from the stream where he had got stuck. He waited a couple of hours so by that time, it was very late!

I didn’t realise any of this was going on!

He turned up at my house just after 7 this morning, surprisingly cheerful and we got the appliances in to the kitchen.

He told me he had to go to Barnstaple after my drop off!!

I would juust like to say, he is a credit to your company and what a WONDERFUL man to be so positive after his ordeal. If you know who the driver is, please can you pass on my thanks. He must have had a very long day and for it to end as it did, must have been very difficult to stay positive.
