Food was actually not bad but the delivery took over 2 hours . Ordered at 7pm and paid online at this point they inform you that your food will take 70 mins ........ Shame they didn't tell you that before we paid.
However after 2 hours I called the restaurant who promised it would be with me in ten minutes
Finally at 9.25pm it arrived
Not happy. Wouldn't use them again

This To Food Industry Business Owners
Stay away from Eat It Now, they not only offer poor service to the Customer as listed in other feed back, but their service to Take away owners is no better, They will list false numbers which will never ring your shop, they allow any one to post reviews true or not, Even our business logo is being used on another company's listing on the Eat It Now site.
When you attempt to speak with them you are met with an arrogance i've not experienced before from a company that requires the Takeaways business to even run.
You can do better running your own web site.

Please please please don't use this service. If you read any bad reviews they are correct! Ordered food. Never came. Called restaurant rude and didn't get order. Called eat it now and just said whoops sorry!!!

Terrible Customer Service
After a terrible service from a takeaway I ordered on their website, I was told i would need to contact eat it now for a refund as I paid by card. I phoned them on their 0845 number and waited over 20 minutes on 2 separate occasions to try and rectify the problem. After finally getting through to them i wasn't confident that the complaint was dealt with correctly as basic details in relation to the order weren't taken from me
So in essence, don't use www.eatitnow.co.uk Bad takeaways featured and bad service from both the takeaway and eatitnow in trying to resolve the issue.

Registered with this crowd a while back and got a 10% off text for bank holiday weekendso tried to use them.Went through very laborious process that seems designed to con you into not getting the discount offered. It then cancelled our order accusing us of trying to defraud them! Went straight back to justeat and had our food in the usual 20 minutes, no problems. Eatitnow is a sad and bad imitation. Do not use.
Rip Off
As the owner of a number of Thai restaurants in London, I was horrified to hear that a customer was furious with us on Saturday night, when asked to pay for a take away ordered with eatitnow.co.uk. We have no contract with them, we have never spoken to them, yet they seem perfectly happy to have our company logo, name, and menu advertised. When we confronted a girl called Giselle, she had the cheek to suggest that they could use anything they wanted and suggested that we had signed a contract with them 4 years ago, a similar time, that a similar company, folded owing us £2,000?.......
They seemed to think that they were doing us a huge favour by promoting our business. They have obviously never heard of copyright laws, contracts etc, etc.............Our reputation is very important to us, we certainly don't need somebody ruining it with dreadful customer service.
If anyone else has had a problem, may I suggest you contact your local Trading Standards. Complain like hell!!

Do not order from this site.
I have 2 restaurants that are listed on their website. The contact numbers to make orders are not ours, and I don't know who are actually cooking the food being ordered by the customers.
My friends also have their restaurants listed on the website that have wrong contact numbers listed.
I spoke with one of their customer services staff, Danielle Clarke, tonight, 11/6/12, and she claimed that they had permission from us dated 4 years ago. When asked to provide that proof of my authorisation, she then said that they didn't need any. I could not speak to any of her managers, as there weren't any there in the evening.
She did say that she will get my restaurants taken off their website - I shall provide an update on this soon.
Thieves. Unfortunately, I don't have enough faith in the justice system to waste my time reporting them to the police - as it's unlikely that they'd follow this up, because I'm based in London, and these scumbags are registered on the Isle on Man......
Avoid This Company - Worst Service Ever
After waiting 55 minutes for my FAST FOOD, I decided to contact the actual company whom I am ordering from, and asked them if the 'EatItNow' company had contacted them with my order, in which they replied "It has just come through, its going to be an hours wait for the food" - Now I have to wait 2 hours for my meal, and this is disgusting, the service is a waste of time and I don't understand how they can justify how they cant send my information to a company electronically, instead of wasting peoples time and making them wait this ridiculous amount duration for there meal. I will never be ordering via this service EVER again, and I will continue to send this negative feedback to every available forum - please pass on the message, thankyou.
Avoid Eatitnow!!
Tried ordering online and after about 15mins it comes back to say the order has been cancelled. They took the payment that day and sent an email to say a refund will be made. 3 days later I get an email to say they have made the refund and I will get it in 3-5 working days. I am out of pocket for a week because of them. Really unhappy. Hoping I will finally get it back!

Terrible service, waited 45mins for the order to be received by the takaway, called them and they had not received the order at all even though paid by card... pathetic.
