Garber Chevrolet's Best Salesman
The person I dealt with helped me find and purchase a Chevy Colorado which I am thrilled with. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, and promises to help me with any issues as long as I own it. I have never had that type of relationship with a salesman in the 50 years since buying my first car. I would recommend him to anyone. My Colorado is pretty nice too!

When I walked into the man that I had spoken to previously was busy with another customer but another guy was quick to help. He took me to see the trucks that I was interested in and let me test drive one. He never pressured me into making a choice. He then walked me through the purchasing process as a first time buyer. I would recommend him 10 times out of 10.
Great Everything
Just had our Subaru Outback serviced at Tucson Subaru...first time using their services since we just moved to AZ. We had to have our Starlink system updated which was going to take several hours, so they gave us a loaner for the day. Picked it up right after we checked in - car was new and clean and the staff gave us a few tips since this model was different from our Outback. Same no hassle treatment when we returned the loaner later that afternoon. All in all, can't say enough positive things. Our service advisor made the whole process very smooth from beginning to end.
Pleasant Experience
I found the salesman helpful, at the dealership he was courteous, answered my question, were very kind and service was wonderful. I probably drove them crazy with all my questions about the cost figures, i like to know all details. The person in the finance office was no less courteous and helpful. All in all i got a great feeling about the dealership. Everyone i met was friendly and i felt completely comfortable. Thank you for a great experience.
Very Happy With The Effort Everyone Out Forth
My problem was a computer module.I have a 98 Maxima that I bought new.I did not want to say good bye to it.We are very close.
I took the car to my Local mechanic.I trust him and respect his knowledge.
He had the car for a month as we both searched for a replacement part.I did tell him I was in no rush.
It finally came to the point he said that I needed Nissan.I had called them earlier looking for the computer replacement but they could not help.So when I had my car towed (2nd tow)to Nissan I got to meet a person and others in service.
I don't want to ramble but I was very happy with the way they offered a loaner or a ride home.This was the first time I ever visited this dealer.I was treated like a long time customer.
They got my 98 running again.It did take a day longer but I was still very happy with the entire experience...
Another person also was a big help and the shop fore man.
Very happy and I would recommend Criswell in Germantown MD.
They were able to reprogram the ECM unit. Now I have to try to get my $ back from the folks in Florida...Not very optimistic..
Return My Car Repaired
Left my car at braman Cadillac to have my senior lights checked on December28 2020 .today January15 2021 and no one can give me information about my car . They will not return my calls . where is my car

Positive, Pleasant Experience!!
I found the salesman in question helpful without being aggressive or intimidating. I knew what I wanted and the deal was uncomplicated. At the dealership he was courteous, answered my questions and in these times of masks, gloves (to say nothing of being a woman trying to make a car deal alone)....he was very accommodating. The person in the finance office was no less courteous and helpful. All in all I got a great feeling about the dealership. Im sure this comes from management down. Everyone I met was friendly and I felt completely comfortable....which isnt usually possible at a car dealership. I will definitely come back there for service and for future vehicles for my family. Thank you for a great experience.

Fast And Efficient
Very easy to deal with upon buying a used car. No hassle, no pressure, knowledgable. Even after fact answered any question about vehicle. Even mailed an owners manual as promised. Staff are great businessman to deal with.
What a wonderful gift for my son and his new little family in Denver. On a whim I typed in a vehicle that my son had only talked about owning. I’d never heard of the car dealership (Sarchione,Randolph OH) before, but decided to give them a call. Thus started the process of my interest. Being a single woman, there’s always that fear of being taken advantage of. I can tell you first hand that that was not the case. I spoke on the phone at length with a salesman that was very informative, very kind and very accommodating. He helped me thru every avenue necessary to purchase my vehicle. I placed the phone call on a Friday and by Saturday a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was sitting in my drive. Very reasonably priced, 48,000 miles, extended warranty, deep tread on the tires, airbag throughout the front and back, power everything, rear view back up screen, all leather seats that heat up...even the steering wheel! No rust anywhere! Everything looking nearly new. The review was exceptional. An undercoating, a spare key, a full tank of gas, and I was on my way. The beauty of this review ends with my son coming home on Thanksgiving. He has the confidence that his family will be safe especially thru the winters in Denver. Don’t be afraid to step off and try someone new. Perhaps your new car is already waiting for you.
