This is a sham website designed to extort money from consumers and dealers alike, I left a negative review on a dealer and wanted to amend it after i calmed down and the dealer helped me, I contacted Car Dealer Watchdog and asked them if i could amend it, they told me i could but would cost £495? i told them this was not acceptable and they then said i could remove it for £395 ? WOW totally shocked it made me realise this is a bogus web sit signed to extort money from people, The email for the company is a @googlemail email so its not even an affiliated email!! use trust pilot or another real website to leave reviews.

This is not a real review website, they contact you and request money for removing bad reviews, avoid at all costs. We are a small independent dealer and cannot find any vehicles sold to the alleged customers whom have made false complaints.

Do not trust anything on Car Dealer Watchdog review site. Car Dealer Watchdog is a sham site that post bogus reviews in order to get a partner Web site to offer to get them removed at a ridiculous fee. It is a protection racket sham that holds business to ransom. Please stay clear there are bette ways of checking out businesses.

We have had a terrible time with a sudden surge of fake reviews which have appeared out of nowhere. When contacting Car Dealer Watchdog very concerned, they asked for a substantial amount of money in order to 'look into the situation' then, and only then would they consider removing the fake reviews. Now the problem is that these false reviews never get removed, in fact, they keep piling up. This is their way of conning businesses into their 'arbitration program', which is just an easy way for them to make a quick buck without having to do a thing. The real problem lies with customers or potential customers who rely on reviews in order to decide on whether they are going to purchase a car. They don't understand that these reviews are totally false, and we as a garage are losing a lot of money. If there is a solicitor out there wanting to take them on, please get in contact here. Let's shut them down!

Recently I submitted a review for Carmichael Cars, Ballymoney, Co Antrim. It was not a good review but this dealer has now apologised to me for the difficulties I experienced with the car which I had just purchased. They have agreed to give my car a complete checkover, and to fix the problems causing trouble. I am more than satisfied with their attitude now and would like to withdraw the detrimental comments I made earlier.

Car dealer watchdog write fake reviews on car dealers pages and then there sister website cleaninternetreviews.com contacts them to offer a high priced service to remove the reviews. most of the reviews your read will be fake, go to trusted review sites with proper contact details and not there guys. they run the sites from gmail accounts.

Contacted this company as I was concerned about 3 neg reviews on this site I asked them to remove as it contained language that was not appropriate I was also concerned about fake reviews they told me they would not remove these reviews 2 days later I was contacted by a site called cleaninternetreviews.com offering to remove the reviews for a cost ( high price) I declined and asked if this was correct and how could they do this and was it legal they ignored me two days later I had another review that I did not recognise turns out this is  not a genuine site the sites mentioned are the same people ,my advice use a genuine site

Do not post on cardealerwatchdog.com they contact dealers and consumers via their affiliated site clean internet reviews they offer a service which involves taking away the negative reviews for a fee for dealers they offer this service and an ongoing clean up for a set monthly fee.If you are a consumer and have left a review and you make a mistake and wish your review taken down they will not do it,they will however have the other site contact you and ask you for money.The site has no contact details ie no contact address etc they use fake names. Despite what they say on the homepage about not removing reviews they do offer this service of removing.Dont use this site i have caught them out and have the emails to prove.They also use threatening behaviour dont use them use a reputable site like this.
