National Pardon Centre
You don't need them to obtain your pardon I started a file with them in 2018 only to be told in 2023 that my file is not yet submitted they are very rude and condescending people, that preys on people with little information on how to obtain a pardon there is a news article that is on Google aswell done by cbc I believe .Do Not go to theese people if you want a pardon I suggest you do it yourself I hope to see this business shut down and the money repayed back to clients

The Fee Has Been Reduced!
They charge $895 to start the application process along with other fees, the cost of a pardon has been reduced to $50 as of January first 2022, Google is bringing up bad search results that did not allow me to see this change and now I'm seriously neck deep in this scheme and i don't think there's Any way out

Worth Every Penny
We tried doing the waivers ourselves but we got denied. We went with national pardons center and they were so helpful. They did an emergency waiver for us which got approved I 192 & an I 212 they all got approved. Very professional and considerate. Its so comforting to have someone who knows what they are doing to help you. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I used this company a year ago to do a pardon. They assured me I would get my pardon based on my story.
Sure enough, my pardon was denied for non convictions from 12 years prior (yeah you heard that right!). I called them asking this about their promise that your pardon would go through/approved as listed on the website. They immediate took it down and offered no for of responsibility.
I lost my money and I'm trying to move on. Best thing is to do it yourself. When I really looked into things afterward, it was something I could have done myselF- especially when you do all the forms etc....
Save your $700 and don't get screwed like I did.

Excellent, Expedient, Professional Service.
I highly recommend having the National Pardon Centre help you with your pardon or waiver. They have completed both a Canadian pardon and a US border waiver for me and I am in the process of renewing my US waiver with the NPC now.
The circumstances surrounding my criminal behaviour are not something I like to dwell on, they are far behind me and I loathe the process of reliving that time. The counsellors at the NPC have been so kind and professional, making a difficult, emotional situation easier to handle. They maintain contact, gently remind me when I forget or procrastinate on returning calls and providing documents. Their messages and emails are always cheerful and encouraging, I have never felt judged. Staff are readily available to review a letter or advise on a procedure. I have previously expressed my appreciation directly to the individuals working on my file, but after reading other reviews here (which mystify me,) I felt compelled to share my experience and recommend this service.

National Pardon Centre Handcuffs Clients
Worst services in Canada! The company never could get accurate files. Over a year later and they send a letter saying the board is going to deny me because if a charge that I didn't know about. Avoid this place all together!

Disappointing Service
After speaking with 2 agencies in the Toronto area we decided to go with The National Pardon Centre even though they seemed to be the most expensive, believing that they were more professional and had better status. Unfortunately there are a bunch of girls working there that simply put your material together & type off the forms and put the application together. Communication was a bit of an issue. Unfortunately I had paid them in full up front. When we went to Homeland Security to hand in our waiver applications, we were advised that we do not require them. We were advised by the USA customs officer that if it was him he would hire a lawyer to get the money back from the National Pardon Centre. The officer used the term a "ripoff". Another officer advised us that the agency did not have up to date information on the process at the Toronto airport. He further stated that all the forms are on-line and hinted at why we would go through an agency. When I relayed the information back to National Pardon Centre they were unwilling to refund or reimburse any amount. In fact one person from the National Pardon Centre made false allegations that could have serious consequences for us after we discussed our disappointment with them. He stated that we overstayed in the United States and that we had previously applied for a waiver through another agency both untrue. This was most SHOCKING!! To what length will they go. I do not recommend them at all and would like to warn any one considering their services.
4 years later and a charge of misdemor and still no pardon. They ripped me off to for about 1200 bucks.
Wow! and I was considering them, thanks for your comment. It's been most helpful!
WOW, instead of admitting how they rip people off, they further LIE? Incredible! Thanks for sharing your story, they will never see a penny from me.

Several Years Ago I Was Visiting Some Friends In M
Several years ago I was visiting some friends in Montreal and since we were still young at the time we obviously hit The Main and stayed out a lot later than I would today. This would not be entirely unusual except that on this particular occasion I was forced to spend the night in jail. The long and short of it is that I was caught drinking a beer on the street at exactly the same time that my friend and I decided it was also a good idea to smoke a joint. It seems like a small enough matter but the police were not amused. In addition to a fine and a night in jail we both received a criminal record.
Years later I realized that employers would not look kindly on such a thing. It was time to get rid of this nuisance from my past. So I looked into getting a pardon. And since I wanted it done professionally I looked into finding the best company to handle my case. After speaking to sales agents at many different organizations I settled on the National Pardon Centre. Why? Because, it is a family-run company with employees who care. It is an RCMP accredited company. And it is a full service company. They were able to take my fingerprints on site, whereas every other company I spoke to outsourced this step.
Anyway I did my research and the National Pardon Centre was my final decision. If you have a skeleton in your closet I strongly advise you to get rid of it and I would strongly recommend the National Pardon Centre as the company you can trust to do it right.
Why does this review seem like the business' owners wrote it themselves?
