I have booked a holiday 3 times with United Vacations now and they were excellent great service either via agent or we opted for the second and third time to call direct and they were very professional. Great holiday, as you can choose your own multi locations, great hotels at a fantastic price I thought overall better that Virgin as you have none of the slight stuffiness from the airline stewardess a much more relaxed atmoshere on the plane, food was much better, and I got starbucks coffee whenever I wanted! Fab!
