We booked hen party to marbella for 17 girlies from fri-sun. What a fantastic time we had! From beginning to end it was just simply fab!

When we booked our operator was always so helpful and on hand with the amount of questions 17girls had!

Our package included...

Transfers from airport to hotel on arrival champagne by a lovely man named 'jose'

We had a lovely 4*hotel called NH marbella and it was just outside porta benus and a short walk from the old town of marbella.

We had breakfast included each day and a tour guide when we arrived to give us all info we needed.

On the first night we had VIP entrance into linekers-a dedicated waiter who was quite a dish! And loads of free shots etc. it was brill!

The next day we had cocktail making session booked it was fab and highly recommended!

We then had another VIP club entry into a club called seven.

The next day we had a spa booked only one word to describe this is ... WOW!

The spa was just ours that included a sauna,steam room and pool! Tho if booking it defo need flip flops coz the ones they offer are not the best!

We then had our transfers back to the airport.

We were told before hand that we were just out of season but to be honest it's better because it was busy but not mad busy!

The bride to be and the whole group could not recommend this service enough! As the maid of honour-and chief organiser all I can say is THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We will be using brilliant trips again as this is the second time I have used your fab service- first time abroad and it could not have gone any better!

I booked a birthday weekend in Nottingham for 15 friends. The brilliant trips host was my key contact while planning the trip which was great. The payment plan however seemed to be the main focus. I was told that for £99 each we would be staying at the holiday inn express (which is to be fair right in the city centre), we had cocktail making booked at revolutions (which was absolutely brilliant), then a table booked at ciao Bella then "VIP club access" booked at four bars. What we realised was that this just meant there were no door entry fees at these specific four bars and hadn't cost brilliant trips anything. The breakfast the next morning was pretty limited too. So overall we were disappointed and I won't be booking with brilliant trips again.

I arranged my best friends Hen Do through Brilliant Trips last year (meant to write a review sooner but not got round to it), and it was fantastic. We never thought we would be able to stay in a 5* hotel on our budget, and all the girls were totally blown away by it. The restaurant they booked was amazing, the cocktail class was great fun and the club we were booked into was perfect for the group. We all had such a great weekend and it was all anyone could talk about at the Wedding! The staff at Brilliant Trips were really friendly and helpful, they made organising my the hen a breeze. Will definitely be using again. Thanks Team Brilliant!

We arrived at Heythrop Resort lovely hotel and spa in beautiful surroundings.

Friday evening we had a 3 course dinner in the restaurant which had a very nice, relaxed atmosphere. Food especially dessert was delicious.

Saturday morning we had been booked in for spa treatments which were very good and we made use of the pool/steam room and sauna, after having a fantastic breakfast

Saturday evening we were collected by taxi (bang on time) to be taken into Oxford for a cocktail making masterclass,on a boat which was a real novelty. It was great fun. The only downside was that we were booked for our evening meal a good 15/20 minute walk away so missed out on our final cocktail. I think if there was a bit more of a gap it would have been better say two and a half hours as opposed to two, but it didn't spoil the evening.

Sunday morning had another fab breakfast and made full use of the hotel's facilities. This was a great weekend organised by Brilliant Trips and would definately book with them again.

very helpful and communicative staff helped book what I wanted to celebrate my 40th birthday. The hotel was

perfect, easy walking distance for restaurants, a 10 minute walk to pubs and clubs, near enough to be comfortable

in heels but not near enough to be disturbed at kicking out time! Hotel was immaculate and very comfortable. The It's

a knockout was the best fun I've had in ages, all of my group had a fantastic time and now want to make it an annual

event! The evening meal was great with something on the set menu for all tastes.

The only minor gripes would be the VIP cards were rejected in 2 places we tried to use them. Reflex said they were only

valid on Friday nights which is in contradiction to the VIP card website and it also would have been nice to know our evening

meal would incur a service charge. I know this is standard in most places for large groups but it didn't cross my mind.

Neither of these things spoilt our weekend and I would definitely recommend brilliant trips for a hassle free weekend.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. When I made an enquiry a email was sent to me straight away letting me know that my request is being processed- which I was happy with. But after 2 months I still had no reply so I decided to email them asking what was going on. 5 months later I still haven't had a reply and my friends and I were unable to go away as we didn't want to book anything until we saw what this company could offer us. We won't be using them again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our boat trip on the thames, and Will the captain coped fantastically with a group over over excited hens! A few of our group had never been on the thames before so what a exciting way to do it in a private chartered boat! we felt like real VIPs!

The cocktail making class was excellent the staff were friendly and even let us behind the bar for a few photos as well

The limo there and back only added to the excitement and enjoyment for our group, we finished the night with VIP club entry and its far to say it isnt just the hen who will remember this day for a long time

Booked and paid for a package to Brighton to include a Master class in Cocktails making and a Burlesque class. Firstly we were not expected at the Cocktail Master class and were given an average lesson in mixing drinks. The class was supposed to include games competitions keepsake and certificate. None of this was done.

The following morning we were due at Circus Circus Bar, only to arrive and find it was closed. Finally someone arrived and we eventually got going. The instructor you couldn't fault and we made the most of it, but still not acceptable to start late.

E-mailed company and was told they rely on outside service providers and a very nonchalant meagre apology.

This could all be arranged yourself. Don't waste your time using BRILLIANT TRIPS.

Wow.... Firstly what value for money.

The trip was arranged as a surprise for my sisters 50th Birthday, 6 ladies ages ranged from 25 to 50.

2 nights in the Crowne Plaza Hotel - Leeds a 4* hotel with breakfast, 3 course Italian meal and a Cocktail Masterclass and Free entry to several night clubs was arranged for us by Brilliant Trips.

Hotel was superb close to Leeds city center easy walking distance to train station, shopping, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The meal arranged for our first night at Zizi's which offered a set party menu 3 courses and coffee, there was something for everyone,the food and service were great.

Night two a Cocktail Making Masterclass was arranged for us at Revolutions which was one of the best parts of the trip, having never done anything like that before we wasn't sure what to expect. It was Great!!!! from the guy who was teaching us to the venue the atmosphere and the reserved area for just us to eat the food also supplied which made us feel special.

Leeds really has something for everyone of all ages, shopping is great and there is lots and lots of restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs. Sightseeing as well if you have time.

I would highly recommend Brilliant Trips and will be using them again, i do believe i would not have been able to arrange such a fantastic trip for my sister the money we paid....really good value for money.

I wanted something my sister would enjoy and remember and she absolutely will.
