VISTAMAR APARTMENTS BENIDORM

The Vistamar apartments are situated in the quieter area Calle Lerida/ C. Cuenca. 850 metres from the beach and 500 metres to the nightlife. A small and medium size supermarket are next door to the apartments. Entrance to apartments is wheelchair friendly.

RECEPTION: Large reception area with reception desk, settees, plants and numerous information leaflets on places to book in Benidorm.

Reception staff mainly friendly and helpfull.

Not asked for a deposit, safe, 21 Euros for 11 nights plus a deposit of 6 Euros.

BAR: Good size bar but in need of refurbishment. Prices reasonable.

Games room with an area to recharge mobility scooters.

LIFTS: Two small lifts which take forever to arrive.

Opposite the lifts are vending machines(chocolate,crisps,milk etc).

POOL: Large community pool with chidrens section, lawns.

APARTMENT: Very basic,table & chars, bed setee, pictures on walls, coin operated TV (1 EURO/hr) table lamps. Large balcony with table & chairs.

BEDROOM: 1 bedroom with twin beds,cupboard & drawer space, table lamps & pictures on walls. Safe.

Clean sheets twice per week.

BATHROOM: Nice well tiled bathroom,toilet,bath & shower, glass shelf & mirror over wash basin. Towels & toilet rolls twice per week. Plenty of hot water.

KITCHEN: Small kitchen, again v.basic,oven, 2 electric hobs,fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and new this year a microwave. Kitchen ok for making snacks & a drink but NOT for cooking a meal.

Utility room ajoining kitchen.

OVERALL: A good place to use as a base, quieter location with main nightlife within easy reach. Good value for money. Would stay here again.

BAD POINTS: Lifts very slow, in need of Refurbichment,
