The services provided by Quikr is far better than the other classified websites.I am able to find almost all services whether it is searching a house or car for my husband.Even I can find a good job at Quikr portal with just a matter of few clicks from my laptop or in my smart phone.

I have purchased premium listing and till the payment is done they called 10 times a day and after payment no is responding even after 3 days. I have written 5 emails till now and no is responding. Even customer care has lifted their hands.

Even the selling is not ethical. They sold 10 ads for Rs. 1000 and after selling they are saying its only in one category. How can a individual place 10 ads in single category. No one holds 10 cars, houses.

Very Bad experience, Service is very very poor I had put Ad: 205450861 and my item Sold and picked up by Quikr but payment of the same is not received after nearly 12 Days. I am not getting any satisfactory reply from Quikr. They have provided me UTR no. of payment made but the same is not traceable and is not received by my bank, I am worried of my money. Guys these people pick up our Items but never bother about our payment.......Beware

Its been 5 weeks we have made an offer for this Ad  ( Ad "Rod Iron Glass top Dining Table Set with 4 Chairs One Year Old" on Quikr) and it was accepted by the seller promptly. Offer made was for INR 7000 and accepted on 27th Jul, 2015.

We requested quikr for free delivery of the table & chairs as mentioned in quikr website and cash payment on delivery of the items - Rod Iron Glass top Dining Table Set with 4 Chairs.

Nobody from quikr has contacted us for the delivery plan till date. I have been calling up quikr office several times (Mumbai, Bangalore) to follow up on the delivery of the items and every time I am told that somebody will call back. But I have never received a single return call from Quikr.

Quikr customer service doesn't seem to be apologetic at all for this kind of service. They do not fulfill the services which they post on their website.

We still don't know whether somebody will ever take action on our complaints.

Very poor customer service !

I am being harassed and not getting any type of feedback for my adds even after taking a premium package, this was a trial package i did instead of going for a yearly package which i normally hold of other brands like "Carwale", "Cardekho", and even free portal site like OLX.in These sites gives me a better reverts and replies to my adds and get turnovers for my stock, we only deal into cars which are below 40,000 km and certified cars its not like my brand holds a bad stock the thing is my adds are not even coming on 1st page as promised while taking the package, its been 2 months and i have got zero verified lead or response, from your companies end.

Thanks for troubling Me, And thanks for my loss , i would recommend my other cliental that its just fake promises that you people make no wonder this is second time i was disappointed with your brand.

These are the people have just wasting my brands time and avoiding Calls. Call Center keeps saying they will help to solve the problem but they are not able to. Just Total Waste dealers should avoid Taking Packages From QUICKR.com

I had started using Quikr.com since last 7 months ago to sell my old mobile phone, refrigerator. It has never disappointed me. Though I had posted my ad on both the websites(OLX & QUIKR). But most of the calls, mails were coming through QUIKR site. It is so fast and reach out to maximum number of people instantly. I sold my used cell phone quickly having no fikar. I got my customer from Vashi(Navi Mumbai). Recently we wanted to buy new refrigerator I posted an ad on the QUIKR site to sold my old refigerator and got my deal. I got my customer from Mira Road(Mumbai). My family was so happy. So, has per my experience Quikr has been very very useful to me to sell my old stuffs. Even,I recommended to my friends, relatives, colleagues to sell stuffs on Quikr. Ads posted by you doesn’t go waste. Yes, you need to post good, clear images of your products and drop the correct contact information. So as they say."No Fikarrr.Bech Quikrrr." it really works.

My mom is one of the fussiest moms out there, and she had been coaxing me to sell off all the extra things that we no longer required ever since we shifted our house. Although I had been ignoring it for a long time, but finally I gave up and listed all those things online and made my mom happy by selling off everything at prices that were pretty good for things that were practically too old to fetch a good enough price. I am glad that Quikr.com exists, as the website is really helpful and I would recommend it to anyone looking to sell off old things; or anyone who is being constantly being nagged by their parents for being too lazy....

I purchased a premium ad through Quikr. I paid Rs.260 . The ad was rejected by Quikr but my money is still with them. Every time I mail them , I get a reply that 'we will get back to you shortly'. Its been a month now since I got any money. Its my money. Their system is wrong. Any ad must be approved and then the take money. This service is not good. It is ok for free adposting but not premium ads. What a waste of time? No courtesy, no customer care. Just plain nonsense.

I was looking to buy a splendor and was told of this classifieds portal called www.quikr.com. I was not sure at first but my friend had sold his car on this site.

1 week after truoble with few motorcycle dealers, i tried Quikr and managed to find a 2 year old splendor 2,000 rupees less than what the dealers were giving for.

I bought the bike in 1 week. got 4 offers.
