I joined Yell.com 5 year ago thinking there could increase my business. I signed up with them and paid £ 120 on monthly basis. After 5 years there send me email asking for payment. Which now there say it has been an error on their part and payment was not taken. I find this very hard to believe. Now there send me several email threatening to send it to Debt Recovery company. I agreed to pay then on monthly basis although it was their fault for not taking payment from my account in first place. Another thing is company started trading under Hibu just to make it sound as another company. Eventually there did pass details to debt recovery Moorcroft Debt Recovery who wanted 40% administration charges. This sound like a daylight robbery.To all new business please beware with Yell.com, Hibu, All this company just does nothing new to your business or increase any sales. There just pay it to Google. So please think twice and dont fall for this company.

I'm constantly being hounded by Hibu to advertise with them. Despite saying NO, they still keep calling! I've explained that I don't want or need to advertise with them but they aren't listening. Seriously, if you can't even listen to your customers why would ANYONE advertise with you?
