Velobuildmall Terrible Customer Service After Sales!
I ordered a carbon bike frame from them on 13th of April 2014, questions about merchandize was quick and prompt via skype chat. But the moment after payment it was almost a blackout from their end. After 2weeks of pestering I finally got an invoice and the delivery date of frame was not still not informed. They seem to filter anything negative feedback on their website. I did my research prior to purchasing but only after paying and getting terrible service I dug a little deeper. To my dismay its a common occurrence with them. I have started the proceedings to dispute charges from my Paypal account and hope I could get my refund. Its been a month without any news of delivery. From my understanding it takes 20days max to make a frame from scratch assuming with heavy production on their end and yeah they arent manufacturers but middlemen. http://velobuildmall.com
Nope but they eventually refunded me the money though. My advise is get the frame from a proper brand cause in the end the warranty and support is well worth the extra not mentioning the quality. Just my 2 cents

I am going trough the exact same thing at the moment. I placed an order for two frames and wanted custom decals on them totaling up to over $1000 buck. I made my payments and for a while emailed back and forth, he even sent me pictures of the printed decals that are going to be placed on the frame. About a week ago he stopped replying to my emails, I have asked for a progress report on the bikes but have not getting any reply to multiple emails. I am afraid that he just stole my money and I am thinking about putting in a claim with paypal. Did you ever get your Frame?
