I am emailling to let you know how highly I regard FlashPark. This service has been a God send. It has been effective from the moment the signs were erected. I am a dsiabled young person. I have an allocated parking space, but people living on the adjacent street kept parking in it. This meant that sometimes I had no where to park at all, as the adjacent street was permit parking, and I didn't qulalify for a permit as I had an allocated space! I thought of lots of ways to protect my space, but all of these were too complicated to follow through as my property is rented, or too expensive. As my walking capabilitity is limited, not being able to park near my home was a huge problem. I even thought of moving house.

I found out about a way to issue on the spot fines by taking a photo of the offender when I read an article online in the Daily telegraph. The article went on to say that FlashPark was reducing the number of clampers as a result of this new online site. The website was easy to use, and the T&C's were easy to understand. I signed up straight away and bought signs. I then had these erected on my allocated space. The problem was resolved immediately. Before I used this service, I would be afraid about leaving my house, as I might not be able to park when I got back. This is no longer an issue for me. Unfortunately, my health has become much worse over recent months, and this has meant that I have needed to occupy a parking space just outside my house. I have left my allocated spaced vacant for use by carers. The space has still remained empty, despite the fact that I'm not even parking in it!

In summary, Flashpark has helped give me back my independence as a disabled person ( i.e I can now go out as I please, safe in the knowledge that I can park by my home when I get home).
