Having used the various 'Big Gun' job sites for some time without as much as a single reply to any of my submitted applications I finally stumbled across U Job a really friendly and very British site with a dead easy navigation system. I uploaded my CV and opted in for Auto-email alerts and auto CV-forwarding where UJOB actually forward your CV automatically to employers with jobs which match your search criteria.

Best news of all I've just started a new job thanks to this great site!
