This website is really great. Unlike most job searching sites you can link this one to your linkedin profile. This is really good as it enables potential employers to jump onto my profile and view recommendations made by my colleagues. Employers can also upload youtube videos. I thought this was brilliant as it gave me the opportunity to see the working environment and I believe the information was a lot easier to absorb in this format.
