This is a UK based job site for ruby on rails programmers that seems to offer companies and recruitment agencies free job advertising.

The website is simple enough to use as the current job adverts are listed on the homepage, but you have to click the job title (which is the link) to get to the complete job advert, with the salary (if listed).

The website is good, but there appears to be no explanation of the different 'levels' of programmers, the website lists 'Beginners', 'Expert', 'Experienced' and the oddest one 'Rockstar' with no explantion of what these mean and as a programmer I would like to know what they expect from these different 'levels'.

The website doesn't publish contact details for the companies advertising the jobs, but requires you to apply via a simple contact form at the bottom of the job advert page, I presume this has been done to protect the companies advertising from having their email addresses havested by spammers, which is a nice touch.

In conclusion a simple, effective job site.
