This is a useful site. I was very impressed. You have to look around a bit, but it will stop me throwing more good money after bad on business books. Lots of execs, all different industries and sectors, talking about why they made certain business decisions, the impact of those decisions, strategy changes and leadership styles. Interesting to see it all from them. The videos are a good length and with big names. All of these guys and gals have done something to be on here - guess that's why it's meet the boss, not meet the emo kid from accounts. You can watch the videos by talking point, which is also useful, for example: I'm not big on technology but the CIO view on talking to business in a 'common language' was good. I love that the Internet has sites like this!

Great business resource, the quality of programming is excellent. I try to keep this find a secret as I don't want anyone else to learn the cutting edge leadership techniques taught by the ninja.

My only issue with meettheboss.tv is that I cannnot access it on my iphone!

This is one of the most informative sites I've come across. The ability to hear what top executives are saying about the pros and cons of their business has been extremely insightful. I particularly like the presentations that bring a number of executives from different industries together to talk about topics like leadership, marketing, or HR. I would definitely tell my co-workers about this site.
