I would like report that company.I still not got a DBS and i payed them over 3 months.Someone have a some problem?
Please report again.I did and they waiting for all of you to comeing forward.

big problem .they only still money .....i wrote a warning review ..about this kind of childcare agency .i have another person that want to report them .lets do it together .
ps i did report them ...but i did not have my money back....but if we do together and go to the police station.....would be powerful .me think

horrible experiences .they are fake !!! they think about money and that is .from june im still waiting for my dbs .i have called them plenty of times .and they said i ll receive soon my dbs . they lied to me .i have contacted the dbs .and they told me there is NO application with my names and from this agency name .REALLY!!!! i called them after that and him says who is surprise and who is going to check what happened , and will call me back,yeah like 100 of times him says.i paid for it .i think im going to report them, no doubt .
to all the nanny \childcare .stay away from them!!!!

I too had experienced a very bad service about Childcaretool.com. They lure you into signing up to be a member because they dim to advertise a lot of job opportunities only to find it it's just empty promises. I will never recommend this nanny agency and I'm encouraging anyone to have sign up for this agency to come forward if you agree. I'm thinking of reporting them to a specific authority about their service!
They don't deserve to have any star rating if you asked me. .
Please don't sign up for their membership because you just wasting your time, effort and money!

They Are Fake, They Just Take The Money And Threat
they are fake, they just take the money and threaten you for paying them more, i wonder why they are not banned yet, the owner is a fraud himself, what he wants is to get your money thats all. careful nannies in future, i never knew about this otherwise i would not sign up.

Horrible Fraud Company, Waste Of Money. Do Not Sing Up
the childcaretool is a replacement of nannyclub
You can read the reviews about that site and basically nothing changed with this one. the same people run this site. No communication (once you pay your money) you can call/email/go to the office you will anyway come back with nothing.
Terrible service.
You will not get the job via them not even interview.
They will only take your money!
By the way they state they will provide FREE DBS check lol I thought so too but when I wanted to apply I had to pay extra 50£ even though I paid already for GOLD PLUS membership.
Also you can book with that membership 'free' training for example common core skills but so many times I booked online or sent them request via email/phone I never received confirmation.
So yh if you want to save your money, time, and your nerves! please do not bother to go on that website.
Share these informations with your friends so you will help them.

If I had known aswell that they are just a money sucking agents, I never have use them.
They promised you that one's you become a member (because you can only browse or inquire a job in their site only when you become a member ) and it promises you to have free course only to pay for course materials that is overly price ( cost £20 - £30 ) for a pieces of paper that's not even related to a course your taking! (Eg. Twin and multiple training)
I agree with the 2 people that gave the review in here. I have paid so much money in this agency and not one even interview is zero. They are not very honest company and they just want you to pay and pay and get all your money!
