I had placed an order for Mother's day and while placing an order I faced a little problem as I was not able to find the right product for my mom. I spoke to the customer service department and they guided me very well. I had ordered a cake, flowers and a personalized mug and mom loved the gift. One thing I would like to suggest to them is to have more classification by category and age.

I would recommend this site to my friends and family all because of great support and service. Keep up the good work guys.

I ordered, fully paid and it was clearly said it will deliver on the day but not. I called customer service to be sure it will deliver, he said yes but it will was a lie. Also I sent a complaint email to which I never received any reply, such a bad customer service. After 2-3 calls, paying full money, send emails then also they were late by more than a day and never sent an apology .... NOT WORTH IT. There website is also have problems when you accessing my account area. I would never ever recommend anyone to use this website ever.

I ordered rakhis from them which never been delivered n when I am trying to call them no one is answering the. Phone , very very poor service don't use this website as they are bad people

not happy again late delivery and very disappointed

I placed an order for a cake on 6th August. The cake was supposed to - and it did reach on 8th August. But on 7th & 8th, when I tried to "track" - the tracking link took me to a link that was not working, so I had no means of knowing if it would actually reach on time.

Then - today - 11th of August - I get an email stating it was shipped TODAY and that it would reach TODAY. If the company cannot know when an order will reach - especially AFTER IT HAS ALREADY REACHED, how can I trust their tracking. I sent this same feedback to the company today. Unless I hear anything back that sounds promising, I don't think I will be using their site any more.

I ordered a gift (flowers etc) under express category on 2nd August for delivery in Delhi. The gift has still not been delivered on 8th August.

Upon complain, few calls were received but nothing delivered.

Sent a gift for my expecting friend. Out of the four things that I had sent one of them was delivered wrongly. Told the company and within 2 days someone was there to take the gift back and within another 5 days the replacement product was there. Good quality products, good service, good communication with me and my frnd, immediate problem resolution. Manager/Rep was very nice and understood the situation. Very nice. Trustworthy.

I made an order of chocolates and it reached after 14 days after making so many phone calls and complaints. On top of that chocolates were rotten and caused food poisioning. this website should be banned and owner imprisioned for fooling customers.

I have been ordering Rakhi hampers, birthday gifts and diwali gifts for my friends and family through Tajonline. Initially the service and delivery was good and prompt, which lead me to become one of their loyal customers. However lately I have noticed their delivery service has deteriorated. Mithai hampers are stale, flowers not fresh, and worst of all late delivery. I had placed a birthday present order for a friend which was delivered late.My most recent order was placed on 27th of July for a Rakhi hamper and a Chain pendant set for my mother on her birthday. The rakhi hamper was delivered a week before Rakshabandhan but my mothers present was delivered late.I dont think I will be using their services anymore, Tajonline should realise they are in a competitive market and to sustain the service needs to be 5 stars, which presently they are miles away from. Sorry Tajonline you have lost a loyal customer from 10 years...goodbye.

Majorly disappointed by their service. One of the orders i placed for my brother in Delhi for Rakhi was not delivered and getting through the customer service no.is a nightmare coz no one ever answers. I made the mistake of placing 4 orders, and the parcels that they managed to deliver, the quality of the sweets and chocolates was absolutely terrible.Still no word from them on the undelivered parcel.Never again i'd use this website for placing any orders to India and wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.
