I had been using All India Florist for delivering gifts to family members for different occasions. Even though they delivered it in the evenings it was good. Last week I had a bad experience from them. I had ordered a Car Cake for my nephew and you what they delivered????. A normal cake with a toy car... When I called them they told will check and get back to me. Next day they send me an email telling sorry for the problem but we have delivered a toy car with an apology note..

So be careful when you order something. Please open and check before the delivery person leaves.

I ordered 6 balloons, 6 orchids and a Fruit basket for the 25th, my sister's birthday.

My sisiter received 6 random flowers, and a dirty bag full of apples the 27th, two days late.

I have to say this was the third time i ordered flowers with them, the other two went well enough, but this was really bad. They turned a nice gift into a bad, late thing.

I recommend you to try other flower service.

Bad Experience!!! ordered same day delivery for Rakhi to my family in Mumbai City and till 13th Aug not delivered to my family. When I called to find out the reason, I was told the order is processed, money is taken from credit card but agents fault that its not delivered not Indiaonlineflorists!! what an answer!! start taking responsibility for your actions. I finally was so disappointed I cancelled order to which I was told it will take 15 days to put the money back into my account. This company is very unreliable!! Bad experience!

Pathetic service till date. No proper channel. They qill cancel ur order one day prior to deliver saying won't be possible that to when u try to reach them. They are not at all bothered about there customer. Disappointed by service. Please don't trust them. They are not even bothered to contact you to tell that your ordered will not be processed.

Ordered for a remote location and i was surprised it did reach. They charged me extra for delivery since area was a village but all said and done It was successful.

I ordered flowers and cake to be delivered on the ocassion of mother's day which was on 11th may and I had placed the order on 10th. Its still not delivered and i contacted the customer care on 11th around 2 pm asking for the status. I was told our working hours are till 8:30 pm and it will be delivered.

Tried reaching them today via emails and calls no response. Just an email saying we don't have an actual update will get back to you after we know the details.

Really am I going to wait for them to solve their things ! No respect for someone's feelings and horrible customer support
