I have asked the same query at 4 popular websites before my knee surgery. Drspring's answer was most detailed and really helped to make my decisions. Though they took almost 24 hours to reply to my query, the doctor answered my follow-up queries within minutes.

I was deceived by Doctorspring, being misled by deceptive advertising that implied that I would be answered by a doctor in the US (the page showed the message "Waiting to answer" with a picture of a cardiologist with training and experience in the US). But my questions were instead given to an Indian physician with no training or experience in the US. I am posting this review of Doctorspring to warn others about their deceptive practices. The doctor's answers were good, given the limits of his training, so I have no complaint with him, and would not even want a refund, as he should be compensated for his time and knowledge. But beware of the website Doctorspring.

We got the best expert specialists online without waiting for an appointment and traveling in and most importantly no leave or single day waste . usually it is hard to find perfect doctors when in need and here is a freedom for all for a very small money we get fantastic diagnosis in no time is beauty of this concept. The doctors are well trained experts and website people take all the necessary arrangements safety for our money and make sure get best advice... Hats off to both doctors and website so beautifully designed this service thank you and God bless you all.

You may be lucky but in my case I did not receive the advertised help. Repeated requests for refund were just ignored.

I expected an answer to my problem within 24 hours and it took more than 40 hours and was not relevant to me any more. Doctorsping just does not reply to my emails any more.

While in my case, the time to reply was not very critical - they might not be the right option in emergencies. But the quality of drs for the cost is pretty good.

Buyer be ware. This is a fishy web site. I paid over 40 dollars for consultation and nothing came back. No consultation no response and it has been over 30 hours. On their web site it says maximum 12/24 hours. Support does not exist and I doubt if there are even doctors. DO NOT PAY A CENT. I am pretty sure some lone individual is sitting somewhere around the world receiving money to search the internet to copy answers and send them out. Even one of the doctors on their web site I have investigate does not work where the web site claims. The doctor is shown to be working in the USA (CA) instead he is some kind of a health care startup individual living in India. I will be reporting them to BBB and file a claim with my bank to get my money back. One more point, their social media is inactive and last time used few years back which is another sign of being a non-genuine web site / service.

I was able to answer follow-up questions and this dermatologist homed in on a risk factor that my own dermatologists never did-- I was impressed. In the end, a good and informative consultation Atleast now I can go into it knowing I'm doing the best thing. -- thank you. there is a question below of value for money - it costs lot less both in terms of money, time and hassle. My earlier insurance copay was more than this!! thank you again.

First they will show you that your case will be checked by some speiclist from Europe, but at the end it will be answered by some doctor from nowhere in Banglo and for follow up they will ask you to pay again. Wiest of money

I had a question which I would have been embarrassed to ask my personal doctor and was looking for a way to get an answer remotely. Found out this site from healthline and gave it a try. Turned out to be a really great service and got my 4 followup questions answered within hours. Just that they should give an app and should put more words about privacy.
