I had severe ear and head pain one night- but it wasn't "earache pain" and was bad enough to make me think something may actually be wrong- I found this site and reviews were good- I was helped and given recommendations which I followed. They checked up the next evening with me to see how things were and I had asked about other charges of .25 (cents) multiple times. I was told that they only charged 1.49. Upon receiving my next bank statement I found multiple charges of .25 (cents) and 2 charges of 19.95. I live chatted and emailed the service and was told I had "accepted" some other terms of service- I never checked any boxes or agreed to anything other than the 1.49. They refunded the remainder of money that was charged. I feel that this was handled quickly and efficiently. The medical advice I received was solid and correct. They are receptive and responsive, you can tell a "person" is actually responding to you by the way the responses are written- I would recommend them-

The doctor that I spoke with was very patient with me and asked a lot of questions about my father(none of them was,"how much money does he have" or "does he have insurance", until he felt like he had a good basis on his medical history. Then he discussed the list of medications with me and voiced some concerns about how many of them, while being prescribed for different problems, acted in the same way. He felt that some of them could be combined and thus make it possible to cut back. When I told my father about what I had found out, he asked me if we could get a print out of what the doctor said. I let him know that one was already on the way. His next appointment with his doctor was interesting, and his doctor agreed that she hadn't watched his medications as closely as she should have. I know that after this, she won't do it again.
