The service provided was good but not great. I purchased everything to maximize my customization of material and review. There was a time disconnect with the reception of emails and they do not advertize that you have only 24 hours to approve/disapprove the writer if you dont like his writing style. Thus my writer was given by default and did not want to make reasonable content changes so that does not allow you any felxibilty with small topic changes. For the hefty price you pay you should get more and never approve a drafted section until you are completely satisfied. APA was not the writers strong suit and writing lengthy to fill space. Outside of that the customer service was solid. I would recommend them if you are in a bind but review the work closely because the writers sometimes follow their own guidance.
